If you are leaving somewhere in southern PA and northern MD, be careful as snow is expected on Sunday. Could be significant along the PA Turnpike or I-70 in MD. - My suggestion: Leave in the morning on Sunday if you have to travel eastward on PA Turnpike or I-70 in MD. The longer you wait, the heavier the precipitation will be and the worse the roads will get.
Snow accumulations:
Thinking 4-8″ in much of southern PA right now. South of the PA border things get sketchy with more rain/sleet mixing in with the system. Could see 4-8″ in northern MD where DC could only see a few inches due to mixing. Some local areas in northern MD/southern PA could see 8+” of snow.
