Very Cold. Snow Causing Travel Delays/Accidents This Morning. Wind Chills Below 0 in W PA. Be Safe Folks!

Looks like a rough morning for those of you commuting in both the DC and Pittsburgh metropolitan areas. Quite a few accidents and crawling traffic in some spots. Snow will continue throughout the early part of the day before conditions start to dry out this afternoon. Far NW PA should continue to see snow into tonight. Lake-effect snow will pick up in western PA tomorrow as winds also pick up before snow dies down a bit on Thursday. The DC Region will see partly sunny skies tomorrow before mostly sunny skies move in on Thursday. Highs in the 10s and low 20s in Western PA today will drop into the 10s tomorrow and Thursday. Lows in the single digits and low 10s are expected over the next three nights. The DC Region will see highs in the mid 20s to low 30s the next couple days before highs drop into the low to mid 20s. Lows tonight will drop into the 20s before values decline into the low to mid 10s on Wednesday night. Thursday night will rise back into the low to mid 20s. Be safe with the cold and the snow folks!
