Hope you all had a fantastic holiday and weekend! Looking like the holiday cheer will move out as temperatures drop to well below normal values through much of this week. The threat of snow showers will continue in western PA over the next 3 days as 2-4″ of snow are possible in most of the area. NW PA will receive more snow as areas near Erie could see 6-10″ through Wednesday. Temperatures will continue to decline throughout the day today as afternoon highs in the 10s and  20s occur today and tomorrow. Highs in the low to mid 10s will move in Wednesday. Lows in the single digits and low 10s tonight will bump up into the upper single digits to mid 10s Tuesday night. Low to mid single digits are expected on Wednesday night. The DC Region will even get a chance of snow after conditions stay dry today. Maybe an inch or 2 could fall, mainly north of the city. Temperatures will continue to decline throughout the day as afternoon highs in the upper 30s to low 40s will drop into the low to mid 30s on Tuesday. Upper 20s to low 30s will track in on Wednesday. Lows in the 20s tonight and Tuesday night will fall off into the low to mid 10s Wednesday night. Hope you have an easy time getting back into the swing of things today. Take care, drive safe, and stay warm!
