Severe Storms Possible Today. Lingering Wet Weather Chance Wednesday. Beautiful Thursday.

A stormy day is on tap for the day today as severe storms are possible mainly in SW PA and the DC Region. Damaging straight-line winds are the biggest risk while some hail and an isolated tornado are not out of the question. A lingering chance of showers will persist into Wednesday before mostly sunny skies span the region on Thursday. Highs in western PA will rise into the mid 70s to low 80s today before mid to upper 70s track in on Wednesday and mid 70s to low 80s return on Thursday. Lows in the low to mid 60s tonight will drop into the low to mid 50s on Wednesday night. Thursday night will bump lows up into the mid 50s to low 60s. The DC Region will see highs in the mid 80s to upper 80s today before value dip solely into the mid 80s on Wednesday and low to mid 80s on Thursday. Lows in the low to mid 70s tonight will fall into the mid to upper 60s on Wednesday night and Thursday night. Hope you all have a great two-for-Tuesday! Take care folks!
