Much of northwest PA under a Winter Weather Advisory. What the hell does this mean in this case:

– 2-5 inches of snow possible by late tomorrow night
-Rain into tonight before changeover to sleet/ possible brief freezing rain overnight. Then sleet/snow by early Friday morning before changing over to snow by Friday afternoon.
Biggest threat:
-Refreezing rain that eventually gets covered by snow. Black ice. Could be slippery (or slippy for those from Pittsburgh). Send out the salt trucks.
