More soggy weather moves into western PA today as it persists into Tuesday before starting to dry out on Wednesday. The DC Region will see wet weather today before conditions dry out for Tuesday and Wednesday. Temperatures will be below to near normal for this time of year. A rain-filled Monday to represent most of our moods. Have a good work week folks!
