From inside sources, there is snow on the ground/cars in NW PA. The good news is that it should melt by later today. The bad news is that the temperature you are seeing now will be around your HIGH temperature on Tuesday. As for today and the weekend, highs in the low 40s today will give way to mid to upper 40s through the weekend. Lows in the upper 20s tonight will bump up into the 30s tomorrow before 20s return on Monday. Dry conditions should continue the next couple of days at least before a slight chance of rubbish moves in Sunday.
