Looks like western PA had some good rains overnight and early this morning as areas saw 0.5 to 1 inch of rain. Rains will become more scattered into the afternoon as this chance of spotty wet weather persists into Friday. The DC Region will see steady rain move in today as it could be heavy at times. The chance of rain will become more spotty on Thursday before skies become partly cloudy on Friday. Highs in the low to mid 60s will hold steady in western PA through the rest of the work week. Lows in the upper 40s to mid 50s will occur. The DC Region will  see 70 through Friday while lows hang in the 50s. It’s hump day. Get over it. Take care and stay dry folks!
